Once you have subscribed and the payment has been processed, we do not entertain cancellation requests. Our subscription plans are non-cancellable for the duration of the subscribed term. In extreme cases, if you have any queries regarding cancellation, we will have to go through a thorough review process to provide you an additional pre-decided period of service as an alternative.

No Refunds

We do not offer refunds for partially used subscription periods or for any reason once the payment has been made.

Your subscription will remain active for the paid-agreed-upon term, and cancellation during this period will not terminate the subscription.

Payment Obligations

By subscribing to our service, you agree to fulfil the payment obligations for the entire subscribed term, regardless of actual usage or early termination requests.
